Grasshopper Ant ‘fell in to’ supporting the Charity and Not For Profit Sector.  Whilst carrying out some ‘pro-bono’ work – Grasshopper Ant quickly assessed that the Charity/NFP Sectors were focused on company cause, with company supply chain performance and cost requiring modernising and future proofing.  This lens, coupled with evidence of advantageous behaviour from high volumes of suppliers – led to Grasshopper Ant leveraging the supplier best practise outcomes from the Private Equity sector, directly in to the Charity and Not For Profit sector.

Grasshopper Ant’s have experience of private and public sector supply chains, how to support our Clients to access Crown Commercial Contracts and legislative/ESG requirements in public sector supply chains.  Coupled with Procurement Act 23 training, often supporting the SFO with supply chain risk audits for anti-bribery and corruption.

The end results delivers tangible $/£m of cost value directly back to the sector.  Our Private Equity clients, Suppliers and staff enjoy the halo effect of the high performance Private Equity work benefitting the Charity sector, and the contrasting demands of the diverse sectors.

Grasshopper Ant’s work is across global supply chains and time zones.  We like to be on the ground in the operational supply chain hubs with our clients, equally as much as we work remotely with global suppliers to negotiate outcomes on-line.  We have permanent staff, fractional staff, parachute in technical experts – being fully flexible in our work approach – providing we deliver.  The best relationships are formed over bread – which is where our word of mouth reputation is spread.
