Using spend and budgetary data, we identify supply chain optimisation opportunities within the client’s spend. Triangulating internal and external market/supply data, benchmarking tools and leading edge deal experience. Delivering EBITDA impacting opportunities of cost reduction, consolidation or transformation.

ESG - Carbon Accounting
